...on my mind...

I have neglected this for far too long. I promise to make extra efforts to put something on here every day. So without further delay...

My Titans thought of the day...

With the Titans failure to sway Peyton Manning and failure to land any of the big defensive line free agents, the Titans have had a less than impressive off-season. It almost seems that this team (and city for that matter) are not a desireable location for current players. However, the players (and coaches) that have been on the Titans have made middle Tennessee their home even after leaving the organization. I hope that this is only a misperception on my part, but I can't shake the feeling.

That being said, we have signed many other players (specifically defensive line help), but I won't go into their detail here (you'll have to listen to the podcast for that - Episode 210). Since most of the big names have been signed and the rumored trade with the Eagles for Asante Samuel has yet to come to pass, I must focus my energy on the upcoming 2012 NFL Draft. The Titans have needs in the following areas, DL, CB, S, OL, and WR (not in any particular order). In the upcoming days I will lay out some of the potential draft picks and why we should or should not draft them. If you have any preference or favorite college player you think will be a fit for the Titans, let me know.
