Chris Johnson and the Titans Finally Agree

Good news Titans fans!

Just when you thought there was no end in site, the Titans and CJ have agreed upon a four-year contract extension that is worth $53.5 million. His average salary will be $13.5 million a year, making him the top paid RB in the league. Not only that, it pays him in the elite players in the league.

Obviously it is too late to join the team for the last pre-season game in New Orleans, but let's hope that he can be ready to carry some of the load in the opener against Jacksonville.
